Exchange and return
Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cancellation
Exchange policy:
1. If you are not satisfied with the product within a week of receiving the order, you can contact us on one of the available communication channels and tell us the products you would like to exchange and explain the reasons for the replacement.
2. It can be exchanged if the item is in the same original condition when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.
3. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and was not opened before receipt.
4. The shipping cost is paid by the customer upon the exchange process.
5. When canceling a shipment shipped to the customer, the shipping value will be deducted from the value of the amount paid, and the fees for choosing the payment method upon receipt will be deducted, if any. This includes the time of offers or free shipping.
6. When the order amount is transferred to the customer after the cancellation process, any financial fees based on the refund are deducted from the order value.
Goods return policy:
All products are returned within a period not exceeding 3 days from receiving the order, and in order to preserve the quality of the product and its shelf life, it cannot be returned unless there is a problem or defect in the product.
If a defect or manufacturing error occurs in the product, it will be returned after reporting it.
Regarding cases in which products are not returned
There are a number of specific cases in which the product cannot be returned:
· When submitting a return request after the specified time, which is 3 days from the date of receipt for the products.
· When the product is used, when it is damaged, when it is not in the same condition in which you received it, or when the product’s safety sticker is removed.
· Consumer products that have been used or installed.
· Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
· Products without price tags, stickers, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.
· The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if he wants to exchange the product, and the shipping cost is deducted in the event of a return request.
How can I get my money back if I receive an item that is not in the correct shape or damaged?
When you receive the item in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the site, you can then return the item to us in the same condition that you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt. As soon as we receive the item, we will examine it, and if it is found that there is a defect or damage in it, we will immediately begin procedures to return your money to you, whether the money you paid for the item or the amount paid to ship that item and deliver it to you.
The period for returning the paid value takes up to 14 working days after submitting the refund request to the payment gateway.
